Two members of the Syndicate’s Executive Board summoned to the Court of Revolution

 

News- Two members of the Executive Board of the Syndicate of Workers of Tehran and Suburban Bus Vahed Company were transferred to the Court of Revolution by Tehran Public Security Police this morning today.

 

Saeed Torabian, Syndicate’s spoke person, and Mohammad Ebrahim Nourouzi Gowhari, a member of the Executive Board of the Syndicate of Workers of Tehran and Suburban Bus Vahed Company, this morning, after presence at Tehran Public Security Police and answered some questions, were transferred to the Court of Revolution.

Members of the Syndicate were released after they answered the questions

 

Saeed Torabian and Mohammad Ebrahim Nourouzi Gowhari, members of the Executive Board of the Syndicate of Tehran and Suburban Bus Vahed Company, left Tehran Revolutionary Court a few hours ago

 

Two members of the Syndicate of Workers of Vahed Company, this morning, after presence at Tehran Public Security Police, branch 14, locates at Sepah Square- Tehran, and answering some questions about the newsletter of the Syndicate, entitled Syndica Paeyk (Syndicate’s messenger), were transferred to the Revolutionary Court, chamber 2 especial for security, locates at Moalem Avenue- Tehran, for more interrogation.

 

As Torabian said, “Paeyk Syndica is an internal monthly newsletter of the Syndicate of Workers of Vahed Company which has been printed in the limited copies - about 200, since October 2007. Most of the pieces, including letters to the Judiciary authorities, training articles about Labor Law and Constitution, internal news at Vahed Company and the other articles, have been written by members of the Syndicate.” The spoke person of the Syndicate about the way of publication said,” Until now, four volumes of Paeyk Syndica have been published. Twenty copies of each volume usually are printed, then, ten copies would be made by each member of the Syndicate.”

 

Regarding Nourouzi and Torabian’s presence at Tehran Public Security Police Office and the Revolutionary Court, Torabian said, “According to the summons’ letters, we went to Tehran Public Security Police Office, branch 14. After we answered the proposed questions about the Syndicate’s news letter, Paeyk Syndica, we were transferred to the Court of Revolution, branch two especial for Security, by the agents of the Security Police.” The Syndicate’s spokesperson added,” In the Court of Revolution, after we answered the questions which were proposed by the Judge of this case, only we were said that we would be informed, and without any other orders, we left the Court.” He stated that according to the judge, there was not any claim against the Syndicate’s newsletter, Paeyk Syndica; however, he informed that some of the other members of the Syndicate were summoned to Tehran Public and Security Police Office.

 

Parviz Khorshid, the attorney of the members of the Syndicate of the Workers of Vahed Company, about the latest summons on Torabian and Nourouzi Gowhari to Tehran Security Police said to Dastranj, “As these two left the Revolutionary Court without any orders, it can be said that, at the moment, they haven’t been faced with any charges.”
