The Trial of Mansour Hayat Ghaybi, a member of the Executive Board of the Syndicate, at the Court of Revolution

On Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at 9:00 A.M. Tehran time, Mansour Hayat Ghaybi, a member of the Executive Board of the Vahed’s Syndicate attended at the Court of Revolution, branch 14, regarding the protest case of winter 2005. Mansour Hayat Ghaybi with his attorney at law, Dr. Yousef Mowlaie appeared at the court on appointed time. The indictment was read by the prosecutor representative, and Mansour Hayat Ghaybi completely defended himself against the accusations (acting against national security and propaganda against the regime) and didn’t accept any of them. His attorney requested one week for developing and submitting his bill of defence, and the judge agreed with it.

The trial was ended at 12:00 P. M.  by the judge’s announcement.
