The Trial of Abbas Najand Koudaki, a member of the Executive Board of the Syndicate, at the Court of Revolution

On Monday, October 15, 2007 at 9:00 A.M. Tehran time, Abbas Najand Koudaki, a member of the Executive Board of the Vahed’s Syndicate attended at the Court of Revolution, branch 14, regarding the protest case of winter 2005. Abbas Najand Koudaki with his attorney at law, Dr. Saleh Nikbakht, appeared at the court on appointed time. The indictment was read by the prosecutor representative, and Abbas Najand Koudaki completely defended himself against the accusations (acting against national security and propaganda against the regime) and didn’t accept any of them. His attorney requested 5 days for developing  and submitting his bill of defence  to the court, and the judge agreed with it.

The trial was ended at 12:00 P. M.  by the judge’s announcement.
